≪What I'm Thinking Today!・・・by Baretta≫

This morning, at around 6:30, we were woken up by loud voices.
The police were engaged in some type of situation with several young boys at the FamilyMart Convenience Store:
Probably jr. high school or high school age boys.
I can not understand how and why young kids are allowed to hang around that early in the morning making noise and disturbing the peace and sanctity of the neighborhood.
I have heard that in many places in Japan, curfews have been imposed on young people.
It is high time that the Okamoto residents living in our area band together to impose a curfew on all young people below the age 20.
This would give the police the legal right to make arrests.
